The purpose of TAC/PAC#2 is to review and receive feedback on draft Technical Memorandum #4 - Pedestrian and Bicycle Project Alternatives. TAC and PAC members will be asked to provide their feedback on the alternatives and which projects they would select to move forward.
Evaluation worksheets will be made available at the meeting to allow TAC and PAC members to select the priority level of each project, agree or disagree with the recommendation, or suggest an alternative solution. TAC and PAC members will also have the opportunity to rank their top three projects as part of the evaluation worksheet.
Open House Workshop #3

The City of Chiloquin and Klamath Tribes are hosting a set of community open house workshops to introduce the project to the community and to gather input on project area walking and biking challenges, as well as needs and opportunities. Participants will be able to provide input on flip charts and directly on maps. Staff will provide project information and be present to answer questions.
The project's draft goals and objectives will also be displayed for review and comment.

The Chiloquin Community Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan will provide a foundation to making pedestrian and bicycle transportation safer, more convenient and accessible, and overall more realistic transportation options within the Chiloquin community.
As part of this effort, a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) and a Public Advisory Committee (PAC) have been established to oversee the development of the plan and to provide feedback and direction to the consultant team along the way.
The purpose of TAC/PAC Meeting #1 is to introduce the committees to the project, review and receive feedback on Tech Memo 2: Plan Goals & Objectives, and discuss the initial findings associated with the open houses and mobile workshops.
